artist's statement

music has always been an emotional experience for me. it has entangled itself with my life since i was able to appreciate a song for any quality it had. after many years of being a fan, of building a soundtrack in my head to my every waking moment, i have finally summoned the courage to put my own emotions into sound. convoluted sounds and textured noise seem to make sense in our modern world of constant and immediate communication. i see our lives much like my sounds: dissonant with a steady beat.
